Ukraine exports almost 27.6M tonnes of grain and leguminous crops

As of January 18, 2021, Ukraine exported almost 27.57 million tonnes of grain and leguminous crops, which is 6.3 million tonnes less compared to the same date last year, according to the Information and Analytical Portal of the Agro-Industrial Complex of Ukraine.

Since the beginning of the 2020/2021 marketing year (MY), Ukraine has exported 27.568 million tonnes of grain and leguminous crops. In particular, in January 2020, almost 1.5 million tonnes of grain and leguminous crops were exported.

In particular, Ukraine exported 12.75 million tonnes of wheat (-2.7 million tonnes compared to last year); 3.89 million tonnes of barely (+61,000 tonnes); 10.52 million tonnes of corn (-3.7 million tonnes); and 81.2 thousand tonnes of flour (-124.1 thousand tonnes).

A total of 27.68 million tonnes of grain and all types of flour were exported, which is 6.47 million tonnes less than on this date last season.
